1. What this covers
This policy explains how Qeezox Technologies Private Limited (“Qeezox,” “we,” “us”) handles personal data collected through the qeezox.com website and the products we operate — Qeezox Assist, WResponder, Scraper, ImageCrawler, SEO Analyser, VClip, Qeezox Board, and Qeezox Icons.
2. Data we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, and message you submit so we can reply. If you write in about careers, research, or press, the same applies to whatever you send us directly. If you use a Qeezox product with an account or API key, that product may collect additional data described in its own documentation. We do not ask for payment or government ID information through this website.
3. Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies and browser storage entries: one to remember your cookie-consent choice, and one to remember your light/dark theme preference. The support chat widget embedded on this site may set its own cookies to keep a conversation going across page loads. You can decline non-essential cookies from the banner shown on your first visit.
4. How we use your data
We use the data above to respond to inquiries, operate the products you use, keep our systems secure, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third-party data brokers.
5. Third parties
We use a small number of service providers to run this site and our support tooling, for example our support-chat widget provider and, where applicable, email delivery for the contact form. These providers only receive the data needed to perform that function and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
6. Data retention
We keep contact-form and application submissions for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, then delete them. Product-account data is retained for as long as the account is active, per that product's own terms.
7. Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@qeezox.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
8. Security
We run our own infrastructure end to end rather than outsourcing it, and we apply layered protections — encryption in transit, scoped access controls, and continuous monitoring. See our Security section on the homepage for more detail. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat this as a baseline responsibility, not an afterthought.
9. Children's privacy
Qeezox products are intended for business and professional use and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our products and practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
