Effective 2026. Plain-language terms for using the Qeezox website and products.
1. Who these terms cover
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Qeezox website (qeezox.com) and every product operated by Qeezox Technologies Private Limited (“Qeezox,” “we,” “us”), including Qeezox Assist, WResponder, Scraper, ImageCrawler, SEO Analyser, VClip, Qeezox Board, and Qeezox Icons. By visiting this site or using any Qeezox product, you agree to these terms.
2. What we provide
Qeezox researches technical problems and builds software around what it learns — AI systems, automation tooling, data extraction, and developer-facing web tools. Each product is built, shipped, and operated in-house on shared infrastructure. Product availability, features, and pricing can change as we continue to develop them; where a product is still evolving, we will make that clear on its own site.
3. Accounts and API access
Some products require an account, an API key, or both. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under them. If you believe a key or account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@qeezox.com so we can revoke and reissue it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Qeezox products to break the law, to interfere with the security or normal operation of our infrastructure, to scrape or extract data in a way that violates a third party's own terms, or to resell access to a product without our written agreement. We reserve the right to suspend access that we reasonably believe puts other users, the platform, or a third party at risk.
5. Third-party product sites
Each Qeezox product (for example assist.qeezox.com or scraper.qeezox.com) may carry its own supplementary terms specific to that product. Where the two conflict on a product-specific matter, that product's own terms apply; these Terms of Service apply to everything else, including this website.
6. Intellectual property
The Qeezox name, logo, and the software behind every product are owned by Qeezox Technologies Private Limited unless stated otherwise. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you. Any content you submit to us through a contact form, application, or support request may be used by us solely to respond to you and operate our services.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Qeezox products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep every product reliable — see our Security page for how — but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Qeezox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products.
8. Termination
You may stop using a Qeezox product at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to a product if these terms are violated, or if continued access poses a security or operational risk, and we will where practical try to give notice first.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Qeezox's products evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date. Continuing to use a Qeezox product after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
